Week 1 of the MFT 21- day Program will focus on the MIND
You will be introduced to information that you have probably never heard of and ideas that are not mainstream about nutrition, the human body, and health.
In the program, you will learn about our human, species-specific eating needs historically and currently. You will better understand what causes mental and physical issues in your body as well as how to eliminate them. During the first week you will continue your current eating habits with the option to selectively eliminate one food category each day to monitor how you feel.
